# Projects vs Quick Quotes: Choose the Right Workflow

> Prophic offers two quoting workflows: full Projects with five pipeline stages and scope versions, and Quick Quotes, the autonomous quoting pipeline with its own settings.

Prophic supports two ways to turn client input into a scoped estimate and proposal. **Projects** give you the full pre-sales workspace with five pipeline stages, team collaboration, and change-request handling. **Quick Quotes** run the autonomous quoting pipeline for fast turnaround without full project setup. Choose the workflow that matches how much detail and governance your engagement needs.

## How they differ

## When to use which
