# Team, Roles & Organizations in Prophic

> Manage users, roles, and organization settings in Prophic's Administration area. Invite team members, assign roles, and control plan seats.

Team management, role assignments, and organization settings live under the **Administration** area in the left navigation. Only users with Org Admin access (or a custom role that grants it) can see this area.

## Administration overview

The Administration area contains four pages:

* **Organization**: org settings and details.
* **Users**: team member management and invites.
* **Roles**: permission management, including creating custom roles.
* **Subscriptions**: billing and plan details.

## Invite a user

    Open **Administration**, then **Users**.

    Click **Invite**.
  </Step>

    Enter the user's email address.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Assign a role: **Org Admin**, **Org Member**, or a custom role you created.

    Send the invite.
  </Step>

## Manage roles

Prophic ships with two built-in roles:

* **Org Admin**: full access, including the Administration area.
* **Org Member**: access to Projects, Quick Quotes, Customers, and Configurations. Cannot see Administration.

You can also create **custom roles** under **Administration**, then **Roles**. Custom roles let you define granular permissions for your team's workflow.

## Multiple organizations

Everything in Prophic is scoped to an active organization. Use the **organization switcher** in the top-left to change context. A user can belong to multiple organizations with different roles in each. Data does not cross organizations.

## Seat limits by plan

| Plan       | Seats     | Additional seats    |
| ---------- | --------- | ------------------- |
| Free       | 1         | Not available       |
| Pro        | Up to 4   | Not available       |
| Teams      | Up to 10  | \$10 / user / month |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Included            |
